The Ann Arbor YMCA has the indoor cycling room open on Sundays from 10:00-Noon and this Sunday I will be your friendly volunteer to keep the room open. Come and get a workout in and enjoy the motley crew that shows up. There is no class just chatter and music and even bring reading if you wish.
It’s your Sunday and your workout so join us. Membership to the Y is not required.
Hope you see you there!

Mark your calendar if you like classes at the YMCA. This is the most crowded season for classes and you must be parked in front of your computer at 6:00 AM on December 17 for the January to February session. Coffee in hand, I’ll be at my computer trying to make sure I get my Friday studio cycling class with Dawn.
Mark your calendar and sign up right away, some of these classes fill quickly in the winter months.

This weekend is a MUST SEE event at Vet’s Park (Maple and Dexter Road). The event is called CYCLOCROSS and the weather is predicted to be perfect for stopping by and witnessing some crazy riding. These are folks that:
The A2 cycling community is an active one and if you need some motivation stop by and see these folks or if you just want to see what people do around a baseball field, when it’s not baseball season, stop by.
